Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are with
This website is published by Takeover Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, entity ID 2026-001935150, with its registered and principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means anyone who uses this site.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this site is for
This site exists to describe the company, what it does and how to contact it. The information on it is general. It is not an offer to sell anything, not an invitation to invest, and not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Do not act on it as though it were advice specific to your situation.
3. Accuracy
We take care that what is published here is correct at the time of publication, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out. We do not promise that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it, and we may change or remove content without notice.
The company details on this site reflect our filings with the Wyoming Secretary of State. The state's own public record at wyobiz.wyo.gov prevails over anything written here.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, layout, graphics and code of this site belong to Takeover Enterprises LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish it, sell it, use it to train a commercial model, or present it as your own. The names and logos of the brands this company operates are our trade marks or those of our licensors, and nothing here grants you a licence to use them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or to break the law of the country you are in;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system;
- interfere with the site's availability, including by denial-of-service or by excessive automated requests;
- introduce malicious code of any kind;
- scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or in breach of our robots file.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a website we do not operate — the Wyoming Secretary of State, a regulator, one of our own shops — the link is for convenience. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. Follow a link at your own discretion and read that site's own terms.
7. Our liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to this website.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this site or from your reliance on anything on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any statutory rights a consumer has that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we treat personal data in connection with this site. They form part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings in the courts there.
11. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the use of this website.
