1. Who we are
Takeover Enterprises LLC is the data controller for this website. We are a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, entity ID 2026-001935150.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to under Article 37 of the GDPR. Privacy correspondence is handled at the address above.
2. What this website collects
This is a static information website. It has no accounts, no shopping basket, no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. We do not run analytics on it, we do not use advertising or tracking pixels on it, and it sets no cookies. Fonts and stylesheets are served from this domain, so loading a page here does not send a request to any third party.
Two kinds of data still arise:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for each request — your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site available and to detect abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with anything else.
- Email you send us. If you write to one of the addresses on this site, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you.
We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask you not to send health, biometric, political, religious or similar sensitive information by email.
3. Why we are allowed to process it
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases:
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for server logs and site security — our interest is in keeping a working, non-abused website, which we consider does not override your rights, given how little the logs contain and how briefly we keep them.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for answering correspondence you start, or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) where your message concerns an order.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) where we must keep records or respond to a lawful request from an authority.
We do not rely on consent for anything on this website, because nothing here requires it.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not pass it to data brokers.
Personal data arising from this website may be handled by:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps the request logs described above;
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages you send us;
- Professional advisers — lawyers or accountants — where a matter requires it;
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
These providers act on our instructions under written terms, and may not use what they process for their own purposes.
5. Transfers out of the EEA and the UK
We are a United States company and this site is served from infrastructure that includes locations in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data therefore leaves your country when you use this site.
Where our providers transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, they do so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK Addendum where the UK GDPR applies, together with the technical measures those clauses require. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
6. How long we keep it
- Server logs: kept no longer than 30 days, then deleted or aggregated so that individuals cannot be identified.
- Email correspondence: kept for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, or longer where we need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to have it corrected; to have it erased; to restrict how we use it; to receive it in a portable format; and to object to processing we base on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what we did beforehand.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the EEA that is the data protection authority of the country you live or work in; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
If you are in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we used it; to have it deleted; to have inaccurate information corrected; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
In the twelve months before the date of this policy, the categories of personal information this website collected are identifiers (IP address) and internet activity (pages requested), as described in section 2. We did not sell or share personal information, and we do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under sixteen.
If you are elsewhere
Other states and countries give similar rights. Whatever your location, write to us and we will apply the strongest right available to you rather than arguing about jurisdiction.
How to exercise them
Email info@takeoverenterprises-llc.com. We answer within 30 days, and will tell you if we need the extension that the law allows. We may ask for information to confirm the request is really yours — for a website request that usually means replying from the email address concerned. An authorised agent may act for you if they provide written authority.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailboxes named on this site is limited to the people who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise — please do not send payment card details or identity documents by email.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights we will say so prominently on this page rather than changing it quietly.
