Takeover Enterprises LLCSheridan, Wyoming

Wyoming Limited Liability Company

We build and run online retail brands.

Takeover Enterprises LLC is a privately held company registered in the State of Wyoming. We develop direct-to-consumer storefronts, source and merchandise the products sold through them, and run the customer service and advertising behind each one.

How the company works

Four things we do in-house

Each brand we operate is a separate storefront with its own catalogue, its own market and its own customers. The work behind all of them is the same four disciplines.

Storefronts

We design and maintain the e-commerce sites our brands sell through, including checkout, delivery options, policies and the customer-facing content on every page.

Products and suppliers

We select the product range for each brand, agree terms with the suppliers who manufacture and ship it, and set the pricing and delivery promises shown to customers.

Customers

Orders, delivery questions, returns and refunds are handled by us under each brand's published policy, in the language of the market the brand sells to.

Advertising

We plan, produce and buy the advertising that brings customers to our storefronts, and we are responsible for the claims those adverts make.

What we will not do

The rules we hold our brands to

These are standing rules across every storefront we run. They exist because a customer who was misled is a customer we have to refund, and because the platforms we advertise on expect no less.

No invented urgency

A countdown, a stock warning or a closing date appears on one of our stores only when it reflects something real. We do not reset a timer to make the same offer look new.

Prices that mean something

A crossed-out price is a price the item was genuinely offered at. A discount shown in an advert is the discount applied at checkout.

Nothing claimed that we cannot show

We do not state awards, certifications, partnerships, years of trading or customer numbers that we cannot evidence on request.

Delivery and returns in writing

Each storefront publishes its delivery times, carriers, costs and return window before the customer pays, and we hold to what is published.
